200ml semi-skimmed milk
1 tsp cocoa powder
1–2 tsp Sweete Stevia (equivalent to 1–2 tsp sugar)
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Heat the milk in a small saucepan. Whisk the cocoa (and cinnamon) into the hot milk; add sweetener to taste. Serve immediately.
